2. After every meal, have a banana or red apple

So as you can probably figure, I'm squeezing the meals you have from the front and back side. The reason is this technique is with foods that are healthier and much lower calories. What's good thing about apples and bananas is that they have many live enzymes and this will beak down any enzymes from the meals you have.This extra digestive charge of course has a weight loss element with it.

It may take a couple times knowing what you will consume from your meals, but adjustment will be simple and you will know quick while consuming far less calories. These 2 safe fat loss tips are basic, but very effective... Start implementing them today.
