Here are 7 days of the rice diet program that will help you lose pounds quickly. This diet should be used, at least for 3 days and a maximum of 2 weeks. From 3 day lost 1.5 pounds per day.
This diet is recommended to use dirty brown rice for all meals.
1 day:
Breakfast: a mix of apple, rice (80 g of dry seeds) with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Green tea without sugar.
Lunch: vegetable soup> 150 g of vegetables other than tomatoes different Salads, 80 g of boiled rice with a teaspoon of vegetable oil or olive oil mixed.
Dinner: vegetable broth, 80 g of cooked rice 2 large carrots.
2 days:
Go Breakfast: orange, 80 frico mixed with a spoonful of sour cream low in fat.
Lunch: vegetable soup with cooked vegetables and 80 grams of rice.

Lunch: vegetable broth, 80 g of cooked rice, radishes and carrots.
Dinner: soup, 80 g of rice mixed with 2 tablespoons of sunflower oilSemi.
5 days:
Breakfast: 80 g of rice cooked with grapes.
Lunch: vegetable soup, 150 grams of vegetable salad vegetables different, except tomatoes, 80 g of boiled rice with a teaspoon of vegetable oil or olive oil mixed.
Dinner: vegetable broth, 80 g of rice with 2 oranges.
6 days:
Breakfast: 80 g of rice with 2 days, 4 nuts and 1 pear.
Lunch: A vegetable, salad and cucumber with a mixtureTeaspoons vegetable oil, 80 g of rice with mushrooms fried in olive oil.
Dinner: soup, 80 g of cooked rice with 1-2 apples, a cup of tea with a teaspoon of honey.
7 days:
Breakfast: 80 g of rice cooked with an apple and a pear, 1 cup non-fat organic yogurt, a cup of tea without sugar.
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of lettuce, 80 g cooked rice, 1 tomato and green beans.
Dinner: soup, 80 g of cooked rice with 2 largeCarrots.
Dinner should be no later than 7 clock and is also advised to drink a glass of water before each meal. Do not attempt to consume fluids during 1 .5 - 2 hours after each meal.
