This is essential to cleaning that adds real meat in the last few days, presumably to restore the system in the form of a regular diet. While you're fast or diet during the week you eat the food we digest and more energy consumption not only weight of the body whiledetoxifies the system stored fat and waste.

This "diet" probably should not lose weight to be used primarily as a person. Do not have the necessary nutrients and energy for the body or of the past.
