Cabbage Soup Diet Plan for Weight Loss

Some people claim that cabbage has high fat burning properties. The cabbage soup diet plan is that a large amount of cloth weight in a short time. As always, you have to do it the right way to get the most benefit from it.

I am following outlines a sample of the diet plan that I can.

Here is a sample diet plan:

Day 1 -

You should be able to eat all fruits except bananas and cabbage soup as much as you. ToDrink, you can go for water and tea without sugar.

Day 2 -

Now you must eat cabbage soup and vegetables to unlimited. You have to stay away from dried beans, peas and corn. You can pot a bakery with your diet

Day 3 -

You can have unlimited cabbage soup, fruit and vegetables except potatoes all execept banana. Basically, do not mix, and Day 1 day 2 hours.

Day 4 -

Now they want to eat sweets. Here's howTheir desire to suppress. Unlimited cabbage soup and up to eight bananas and skim milk unlimited.

Day 5 -

Today you can have unlimited cabbage soup, plus six tomatoes and 20 oz state. Also you should drink at least 6 glasses of water today.

Day 6 -

Plus Unlimited cabbage soup to taste like meat and vegetables but not potatoes. Prefer the green leafy vegetables

Day 7 -

They have brown rice, vegetablesand unsweetened fruit juices, but not your potato cabbage soup.

No one knows who invented the diet. In addition, there are several versions of this diet. But these are the basics.
