Black Bean Texan Soup

This Tex-Mex Black Bean Soup is so fantastic and so a simple recipe. I love this tasty soup, beans and fill if you add a simple green salad mix, take a quantity of a meal! Or serve smaller portions, it's nice to be as a starter.

You are following a diet low in fat? "Well, then this would be a great appetizer recipe easy.

What do you need?

- 2 14-oz cans vegetableFat-free chicken broth or salary

- 1 cup chopped onion

- 3 15-oz cans fat-blacks beans, drained

- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce

- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cumin

- 1 / 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 / 4 cup fat free sour cream

- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (preferably fresh, but bottled in a bottle works)

- Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
