Mix the following ingredients in a blender - Half serving of avocado, one third red onion, medium sized broccoli heads (6), a pinch of ginger, a celery stick, a handful of spinach and for taste - salt, pepper & garlic. The drink is ready to serve.

· Healing Juice:

Take 3 carrots, 125 grams of spinach, 3 celery sticks and a parsley leaf. Add these to the blender, churn it and add some water. High fiber drink ready to detoxify your body.
