The Cabbage Soup Diet Detox - Cleanse & Lose Weight in 7 Days

Have you been curious about the cabbage soup diet detox that's been in the news quite a bit recently? Its quite a simple plan to follow as I'll describe. Then I'll also explain some other popular ways you can lose weight this year.

So whats so special about the cabbage soup diet detox?

Basically, many people have claimed very good weight loss results from their experiences with it. Its also incredibly easy to do. Be aware though that many people claim to gain a large portion of the weight back if they return to their normal eating habits afterwards.

How does the diet work?

For 7 days you are to eat a cabbage soup blend.

Here is what you can eat in addition to the cabbage soup every day.

1st Day: Soup + Any fruit except bananas

2nd Day: Soup + any vegetables, at this time you may also have a baked potato with butter for dinner.

3rd Day: Soup + fruits and vegetables

4th Day: Soup + anything, up to 6 bananas and fat-free milk

5th Day: Soup + 6 tomatoes and as much as 450 grams of poultry or fish

6th Day: Soup + Meat (including red meat) and vegetables

7th Day: Soup + Brown Rice, Pure fresh fruit juice and vegetables.

Avoid all forms of Bread, carbonated drinks and alcohol for the duration of the week
