It is the Mayo Clinic Diet a scam or is it?

The Mayo Clinic Diet apparently has nothing to do with the Mayo Clinic. Nobody seems to know exactly how I lost the name of a diet-related, but it did.

The same diet is also known as the other Banana Diet, TJ's Miracle Diet, and much more.

Important to know is that this diet works if you want to weigh less than 10 pounds in less than a week. Now it is known that about one or two pounds per week weight loss is all thatcan expect long-term. It takes a long-term diet more exercise for weight loss permanent. But it is certainly most encouraging to see that move faster than the scale. Rapid weight loss with the Mayo Clinic Diet is a great way to get some confidence in your effort to lose weight.

The Mayo Clinic Diet is a 7 day plan for food. One of the keys is the cabbage soup. You can eat cabbage soup all of you at any time. The soup will fillYou see, so they are never hungry. Remember, this is only a plan in seven days. This is not a way to eat long term, only for a few days.

In addition to the soup, here's what you can eat.

First day - all fruits except bananas.

Second day - eating the vegetables you want, but without fruit.

Third Day - All fruit soup and vegetables but not potatoes.

Fourth day - and up to eight bananas, milk. This is a lot ofBananas!

Day Five - Ten to 20 ounces of chicken or beef and up to six fresh tomatoes.

Day Six - Eat all the meat and vegetables you want on that day.

Seventh Day - Brown rice plus unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables.
