Cabbage Soup Plan for Rapid Weight Loss

The plan cabbage soup is a quick and relatively painless way to lose several pounds quickly. The promise is, you can lose 10 pounds in a week. And this is exactly what can be done. I did it. As with any diet if you will, as always go to eat, you gain back the weight.

But it should be. This diet plan is a good way to start a healthy diet plan long term. Long-term weight loss of about one or two pounds a weekto follow the pace best for losing weight. But this kind of weight loss is extremely slow. Why not eat in an interesting mix few days to get some different rapid weight loss.

The basis of this diet is cabbage soup. Eat the soup that you want the whole week, so you stay full and not hungry. But you get used to eating much more than just soup. Here's the plan for basic nutrition.

Day One:

Eat all you want without fruits except bananas.

DayTwo:

Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. Fruit. Baked potatoes for dinner.

Day Four:

Eat up to eight bananas, skimmed milk more.

Day Five:

Eat ten to twenty grams of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes.
Or grilled chicken or fried substitute for beef.

Day Six:

Eat all the meat and vegetables that you want on this day.

I conclude with brown rice and unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables.
